For over 25 years, the RMC Weight Room has served the needs of thousands of Rocky students and student-athletes alike as they prepared themselves for opportunities to win conference and national championships in the NAIA.
The way our student-athletes prepare has changed dramatically in the past two decades. Strength and conditioning has become an advanced science allowing athletes to become bigger, faster and stronger while preventing injuries. Training equipment has become safer and more efficient.
However, much of the RMC Weight Room is the same as it was 25 years ago. The time has come to upgrade the athletic and student Weight Room. This renovation project will enhance the existing weight room as well as add additional space essential to service our over 400 student-athletes and the greater RMC community.
Your donation helps meet the goals of the athletics department and provides the resources for continued excellence.
